IC Moggi OrWokki JW – BEST OF BEST – Maine Coon 23.7.2022 in Breed BIS cat show.
After a long break, we had Breed BIS in Finland 23.7.2022. Our Maine Coon club worked hard to make it more memorable than ever because it was actually part of a club’s 30-year party(2021). SUROK had perfect surroundings and the day was literally HOT.
The competition was known to be tough so best in variety and the nomination from Michael Edström was a lovely surprise.
Best In Show Moggi OrWokki won with all votes from three wise men, Veikko Saarela, Youssef Khaled and Michael Edström. We were high and happy :). Best of Best among all BIS winners came with votes 2/1. Thank you, judges. There were about 120 Finnish maine coons in this competition, so the result is even more delicious than any other BIS ever.

Moggi ”Etna” OrWokki douple BIS
Lovely weekend in Rauma at Satakissa cat show 29.2 – 1.3.2020. Moggi OrWokki was Best in Show kitten (gr 12) both days. Moggi ”Noppa” Nonparelli Elli was Ex 1 (gr 11) both days.
There was lovely kittens and saturday Etna won after tie, but sunday se won with all (4) votes.

FI* Moggi OrWokki BEST IN SHOW kitten both days at Seinäjoki
This year seems to start nicely. FI* Moggi OrWokki was Best In Show kitten (gr 4-7) on both days at Seinäjoki, POH-KIS cat show. She was both days also Best In Variety(tot). She is lovely combination of baby kitten and angry bird.

Dream come true
One dream came true last Sunday in Luleå. Kitten Moggi Kimi Räiskäle was Best In Show class 12, after tie, nominated by Mats Askett. He was nominated too on saturday by Carin Sahlberg. Most happy I’am that there was three Moggi cats nominated on both days and two of them were first time in cat show. Because of this we have 2 x Best In Show breeding male GIC Unicum Lucifer and 2 x Best In Show breeding female GIC Moggi Cate Pilleri.

My first timers Moggi Kara Melli and Moggi Kizz-Kizz are in same colour so they were against each other both days. Saturday judge Hanne-Sofie Sneum loved girl more and she was Best in Variety and NOMinated for best in show, when baby boy was EX1.

Sunday judge Laura Scholten chose Moggi Kizz-Kizz to be better and finally nominated him. Saturday some one has opened door of this boys gage and left it wide open while we were looking panel to start. When we cam back he was looking very scared and tried to be as small as possible on the back of his box. So sunday this brave first timer was not so happy as he was on saturday.

Moggi Jam Balaya was nominated both days, Saturday by Mats Askett and Sunday by Laura Scholten class 11.

Pastilli best breeding male in Kuopio, both days in category II and we have new Champion FI* Moggi Ginger Ale a Jakta Est.
Saturday in Kuopio Unicum Lucifer was CAGCIB and BIV and ZiBaZoon Dominus Maximus CAGCIB, BIV and Best Breeding male category II.

Sunday another joyful day in Kuopio. My handsome male Unicum Lucifer CAGCIB and BIV (7th for him) and ZiBaZoon Dominus Maximus CAGCIB and Best Breeding male category II again.
Females Moggi Ginger Ale A Jakta Est CAC and she is brand new Moggi Champion, Moggi IceDream Ex1 and two other Moggi girls Iiris Kohvee EX1 and Hanna Tädinkakku Ex1 all with excellent valuations.

Jämsä catshow was full of happy surprices

We had lovely weekend in Jämsä. There was catshow organised by KES-KIS ry. We were staying in cottage(actually old country house) with Leena, Asko Krista and Robin. There were cats Arska, Eisku, Lupsu and Viccan too. Weekend would have been great even without the show, thank you my friends for that. On cat show I was happy to see Rosanna and Pia with Morris on saturday and Sirkka and Kari with Nelli and Unna on sunday. And unexpectedly relatives from Stockholm… in Jämsä… was I dreaming.

Saturday was super super exciting. Week before RU* Unicum Lucifer aka Lupsu competed class 11(7-9 month). In Jämsä he was in open class(9) age 10 months beeing in between adult males, and he won his very first certification CAC, competition of two. He was best of variety in adults. He was nominated to best in show by Caroline Stoa, competition of four. And finally on competition of adult males in category II, there was three cats and they all got one vote, so judge Pia Nyman chose the winner and it was Lupsu. RU* Unicum Lucifer was Best In Show again.

Both Moggi boys Enor Mousse and Elvis Persilja got their first CACIB. These boys have grown big and powerfull. Moggi Herkules Rinkeli was EX 2, with EXellent valuation and changed to group III. Hilarious, happy little Moggi Ginger Ale a Jakta Est was EX1.

Sunday Lupsu got his second CAC and was nominated again by Irene Eek Magnusson, competition of three. BIS went to american curl on sunday and he is worth it. Moggi boys got again certifications and Moggi Essi Kabanossi won her sister having her second CACIB. On group VIII, between Moggi cats, Enor Mousse was Best of variety. Kitten Ginger was Ex 1 again.

Super show weekend in Kempele, RU*Unicum Lucifer BIS both days
Last weekend 1.7 – 2.7.2017 was wonderful for every Moggi cat and Super for RU * Unicum Lucifer.
This weekend was his last in young ones. Saturday Lupsu won it all, Ex1, best of variety, judge Minna Krogh nominated him to best in show and finally Lupsu won BIS with all votes. Other nominated cats were maine coons too, so there was bunch of super coon teenagers that day in Kempele.
Sunday he was Ex 1 and judge Caroline Stoa nominated him to best in show, and finally he was BIS votes 2/1 having same group of teenagers against him as saturday. Steward presented our sweet baby so beautifully, Thank You very much for that.

We had baby FI*Moggi Ginger Ale a Jakta Est aka Vicky on show too. What a lovely show girl she is. She had Ex 1 both days and sunday, after very exiting wait when judge Veikko Saarela was choosing his kitten to nominate, Vicky was told to be second best of four kittens. Wonderful Norwegian forest cat won that battle.
New Moggi Champion
On Kempele Moggi Essi Kabanossi became Champion and they both Moggi Dry Marttiini and Essi Kabanossi got one more CACIB. Big congratulations to Sirkka and girls.
FI* Moggi Fanni Sapuska became Champion and was NOM for BIS on Hartola weekend
My very special girl Fanni became champion on 6.5.2017 cat show Hartola. On sunday Fanni was also nominated for BIS by Marie Westerlund and she got her first CACIB. I was super happy that Marie saw BIS worth beauty on our young lady.
She has never ever liked to be on cat show. So I was super surprised that when this amazing steward got Fanni in her hands and cat presented herself fine. Wow and wow! Best performance we have ever seen on Fanni, so BIG thanks to you Annukka.
On BIS competition were three females and they all got one vote. Then one judge decided final result and victory went to very lovely lady.

Our big teenager was told to be excellent, but this weekend there was more excellent young boy who took Ex 1 when RU* Unicum Lucifer was Ex 2 on both days.
Thank you Ykköskissat for very nice cat show again. Hopefully we can be there someday soon.
