Champion and International Champion titles from Norway
We had looong trip from home to Harstad Norway and back. There was four males on our wheels and we had 2 more from Oulu. As souvenirs we had champion, International champion, plenty of joyful moments, lots of laughter and beautiful scenes from Norway in springtime
Whole trip we made because of CH FI* Moggi Kimi Räiskäle. He could only have one more CACIB in Finland and after that we would have been forced to go abroad. Who goes so far with one cat? Not us. So Pastilli got two CACS certifications, Lupsu got two Ex 2, Nöpö got two CACIBs and was NOMinated sunday for best in show and Napero got CAC and sunday CACIB. Young boys were also against each other on both days.
As fellow travelers from Oulu we (me and Elisa) had one extremely handsome persian Tarmo who was BIS both days and got amazing title DSM on Sunday, sweetest European Paavo who was BIS veteran on both days and their sweet and helpful owner Jaana.

We travelled together, IC RU* Unicum Lucifer, IC FI* ZiBaZoon Dominus Maximus, GIC FI* Moggi Carpe Dajm and Leena with CH FI* Moggi Elvis Persilja to Luuleå 15.9 -17.9.2017, Norskenskattens catshow.
All of our cats had certifications on both days,
and extra joy… Elvis became International Champion on Saturday and Lucifer was NOM for BIS on Sunday. He had at least one vote, my swedish is not so good and I did not hear well, but winner was cute norwegian forestcat.
I enjoyed our ”holiday” on little cabin and we had excellent sushi-dinner on saturday in Luuleå. Journey was pleasant, results were fantastic, but company was the best, thank you Leena again.
Home with 3 x IC from Tallin
Trip to Tallin was worth it. We came back with three International Champions, FI* Moggi Fanni Sapuska aka Fanni, FI* ZiBaZoon Dominus Maximus aka Pastilli and RU* Unicum Lucifer aka Lupsu. Our youngest IC ever Lupsu was also BIV on saturday.

Trip company was great and beautiful Maffialigan’s Vega, mother of ZiBaZoon Dominus Maximus became International Champion too. Congratulations to Leena and thank You for your help. So actually our team came home with four IC.

POH-KIS Catshow in Härmä
Great weekend again with lovely friends. Saturday we got new Champion, RU* Unicum Lucifer. And cranky FI Moggi Dry Marttiini became International Champion.

Saturday we had there two Moggi kittens(age six month) FI* Moggi Hanna Tädinkakku and FI* Moggi Herkules Rinkeli, both EX 1 and boy Best of Variety of all group III.
Sunday babies were not there. Lucifer was NOM for BIS. I’am so happy this result. He is super lovely, still very young boy in between adult males. BIS went to one of the top Siberians I have ever seen.

We were forced to go abroad to cat show, if we want to keep on going in cat shows in Finland with our female cats Korppu and Lettu. This force turned out to be very pleasant one in Norway, Tromsø. Show was hosted by Ishavskattens club. These people were lovely, friendly and helpfull, ambience was calm, acoustics were cat friendly and place was suitable for show.
Thank You all very much for creating such a lovely cat show. We wish you all very best in future and hope to be there again some day.
Ei ollut millään muotoa hukkareissu
Todella miellyttävä pikku näyttely norjalaisten järjestämänä. Koko ilmoittautuminen näyttelyyn ja mitä siellä oli odottavissa, oli jännittävää. Olin myös menossa ensimmäistä kertaa Norjaan. Sen jälkeen kun vaikutti siltä, että ilmoittautumiset olivat ok, alkoi jännittää se, että kummallakin nartuista on tosi “bad hairday”(kuukausi). Lettu sai pennut huhtikuussa ja kun kyynelsilmin sanoimme heiheit pennuille, olimme toivottaneet hyvästit myös Letun ihanalle turkille. Naaraskissan elämä on kuluttavaa niiden turkille. Pelkästään juoksu vie niiltä kropastakin massaa ja aiheuttaa karvanlähtöä. Nämä poikia huutelevat mimmit eivät muista syödä kuten normaalisti. En silti vielä halua syöttää noille ehkäisypillereitä, koska niiden riskit terveydelle ovat isot, vaikka pillereiden hormonit voivat saada turkinkin komeaksi. Tosin juoksujen rasittavuus naaralle voi olla vaakakupissa jossain tilanteessa jo merkittävämpi riski. Juoksuista nämä nartut ovat palautuneet aika nopeasti kohtuu kuntoon, mutta pentujen teko on luonnollisesti ihan eri juttu.
Kaikki tuomarit tietävät nämä luonnon temput kissoilla, mutta kauneuskilpailussa!?! Ei missikisoissakaan niitä juuri lapsen pyöräyttäneitä näe.. Tällä kertaa nämä tuomarit kuitenkin karvanpuutteesta huolimatta arvostelivat molemmat kissat lauantaina cacibin(Lettu: Jaana Jyrkinen ja Korppu: Olga Komissarova) ja sunnuntaina cagcibin (Lettu: Olga Komissarova ja Korppu: Marie Westerlund) arvoisiksi. Olga Komissarova tuumasi hymyillen Letusta, että luokassa 5 saisi Maine Coon kissalla olla enemmän karvaa. Ilahtuneena otimme sertit vastaan, itsestään selvyyksiä ne eivät koskaan ole.
Tromssassa on kaunista.
